Article 1: Application

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using the online store (hereinafter referred to as "this Store") operated by mameyori (hereinafter referred to as "the Shop").

By using this Store, customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service.

The Shop sells coffee beans, drip bags, gift items, and other related products through this Store.

Customers shall order products according to the method prescribed by this Store.

The order acceptance is complete when the Shop sends an order confirmation email.

However, the Shop reserves the right to cancel all or part of an order in the following cases:

- If the product is out of stock

- If there is a deficiency in the shipping information
- If the order is determined to be fraudulent or for the purpose of resale
- If there is a clear error in the product price or information displayed

Since coffee beans are made from naturally derived agricultural products, there may be individual differences in flavor and aroma depending on the origin, harvest time, roasting time, storage environment, etc.

Product images are posted with colors as close to the actual product as possible, but they may appear different from the actual product depending on the viewing environment.

Package designs, specifications, ingredients, net weight, etc., are subject to change without notice.

Article 9: Prohibited Acts

Customers must not engage in the following acts when using this Store:

- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Registering false information
- Ordering by impersonating others
- Unauthorized payment or acts with the risk thereof
- Bulk purchases for the purpose of resale
- Acts that infringe upon the rights of the Shop, other customers, or third parties
- Acts that interfere with the operation of this Store
- Acts that the Shop deems inappropriate

Article 10: Intellectual Property Rights
